Mid-season Promotion: Free hotel upgrade to Banff for departures
between April 16 - 27 and October 7-13.
(exclude visit to Calgary)
Day 1: Hometown - Vancouver
Welcome to Vancouver! Let us greet you at claim belt #3 (domestic arrival) or the visitor
counter (international flight) after you have collected your luggage. A complimentary half-day
city tour of Chinatown, downtown, Granville Island, and Stanley Park for guests that arrive in
Vancouver before noon, with a bonus mini ferry ride of the beautiful False Creek.
Day 2: Vancouver Island - Butchart Gardens - Victoria (Lunch incl.)
Depart for the Vancouver Island by ferry and capture the spectacular scenery en route. After
passing by Victoria's historic Chinatown, visit Beacon Hill Park's remarkable Mile '0', landmark
British Columbia Legislative Buildings, and explore other significant heritage architectures
surrounding the Inner Harbour. Visit the world famous Butchart Gardens. Return to Vancouver
by ferry in late afternoon.
Day 3: Vancouver - Kelowna - Winery
- Orchard - OK Lake - Salmon Arm
We will start our journey via the trans-Canada highway and head east for
Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. A variety of fruit orchards such as cherries and peaches
also surround this area. Stop at the renowned winery to learn about the basics of wine making. Wine
tasting and purchasing of the popular icewine, red or white wine will be available. At Lake Okanagan,
let us listen to its legendary story and search for the lake monster 'Ogopogo.' Settle down at Salmon
Arm/Vernon in the evening. Accommodation: Salmon Arm Prestige Waterfront or similar
Day 4: Salmon Arm - Emerald Lake - Banff Nat'l Park -
Gondola - Calgary
Proceed to the Eagle Pass and visit the 'Last Spike' of the transcontinental railway where it connects
the east and the west. Travel through the Rogers Pass and Emerald Lake. After a thrilling gondola
ride to the summit, you will be captivated by the majestic Rocky Mountains. Next, discover the town of
Banff and Bow falls within the country's first national park. End the day at Calgary and you may visit
1988 Winter Olympic Game venue during your leisure time. [* At Banff, guests upgrade to Banff
International will stay behind and have free time at night; those upgrade to Chateau Lake Louise will be
transferred to hotel by dusk. Calgary stop excluded.] Accommodation: Sheraton Four Points or similar
Day 5: Lake Louise - Jasper National Park - Icefield - Peyto Lake

Journey to the Lake Louise, often referred
as the 'Jewel of the Rockies' The panoramic view of magnificent snow-capped mountains
surrounding the emerald colour of the lake attracts millions of visitors worldwide. Enjoy an
atmospheric lunch at Chateau Lake
Louise (meal plan) and a promenade
along the lakeshore. Then, head for
Japser National Park's Columbia
Icefield. Ride on the specially designed
'Snocoach Ice Explorer' that is
destined to take you to the surface of
the Athabasca Glacier. After brief stops
at Peyto Lake, Bow Lake and Crowfoot
Glacier, we will stay overnight in
Golden. Accommodation: Prestige or
Mountainview or similar.
Day 6: Golden - Kamloops - Vancouver - Hometown
Head west for the interiors in the morning. At Kamloops, a city with
over 2000 hours of sunshine per year, we will join a tour of the Ginseng factory and learn about
the Ginseng's healing power. Continue our drive and arrive at Vancouver and
transfer to airport.( We will arrive at Vancouver Airport around 7pm. We are not liable to any delays caused by weather, road conditions, and other circumstances.)
